Please note: The delivery time for self-configured products such as MyGloves and MyShirts is approximately 6 weeks. - It may take up to 24 hours for shipping status to update. This is because although we have created the shipping label and shipped the package, DHL may not scan the package until it arrives at the distribution center.
- If the shipment status has not changed after 2 working days, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number. We then check the shipment status with DHL.
If your order has been delivered according to the shipment tracking but you have not received it, we would first ask you to check whether one of your neighbors received the shipment or whether it was left in the hallway or something similar. This happens quite often due to the contactless delivery of shipping service providers. If you can definitely rule this out, please contact our support team. There you will receive a legally binding form which confirms to us and the respective shipping service provider that you have not received the goods you ordered. This allows us to investigate. The same applies to shipments where the shipment status does not update for several business days.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
If your order has been paid for (this happens immediately by paying with PayPal, Amazon Pay and credit card, for example), changing the delivery address is no longer possible, as your order will be processed and shipped immediately after payment has been received. We therefore recommend that you carefully check the delivery address of your order before completing your purchase.
In this case your order will be split. The products that are currently in stock will be automatically packed and shipped to you immediately. Your MyGlove/MyShirt will then be sent to you approx. 6 weeks later. This applies to all orders from countries within the EU. For orders from other countries, this will not be split and will only be sent when your MyGlove or MyShirt arrives at our premises. If you don't want to wait that long, please contact our support team.
